Post-Sales Support

We have professional post-sales support strategy where our technical team performs Preventive Maintenance Activities (PMA) to customers. PMA include product checking, analysing logs, action on findings from log, installation of hot-fixes, updates. For major upgrade activity, planning is done with customer. Routine calls are handled by L1 to L4 support engineers. Technological Updates, Attack Alerts and several other notifications are also sent to customers via email.
