- Engagement with customers via email/phone, personal meeting
- Achieving target in terms of revenue, profitability
- Responsible for mapping Enterprise customer and positioning new solutions in the account
- Forming alliance with Technology Vendors for winning opportunities by creating business opportunities as per requirement of customer
- Responsible for ensuring payments in time from customer
- Approaching customers to attend webinars, training or events that are organized by Technology vendors
- Working closely with Internal leadership team for managing customer relationship
